We had a lovely stay here, only too short! Thank you for taking care of us so well. I enjoyed the traditional breakfast with baked beans on toast! The bubbly was delicious.

TripadvisorHighly-recommended stop for a night or two. Lovely garden and cracking breakfast filled with homemade delights. Diane and Mark were great hosts and their guest house is excellently positioned for local restuarants in Swellendam. The few we tried were great, including one – Connections I think – where there isn’t a menu but you’re served the three meat dishes they’ve prepared that night. Brilliant. Arniston, about an hour's drive, is also well worth a visit.

TripadvisorFrom the front the B&B looks like any other old-style accommodation, but as you get through to the back, with the huge garden, roses, pool and fantastic views of the mountains you realise why this place is 5 stars! Mark & Di were great hosts, putting on a huge breakfast each morning with fresh scones, breads etc. They also booked us into superb restaurants each night - not one bad meal!
Overall the whole place is just relaxing and exactly what you want from a B&B - non-intrusive hosts who are there when you need them. 5 stars all round!

We spent just one night in this wonderful place but we really enjoyed it. Lovely rooms, great hospitality - it was a pity to spend only one night, we hope to come back in the future.
